I am choosing to promote a *FAKE* novel. The novel is called ‘You Asked for It’ and it is by Wendi R. Felix (who is fake). The book is about Germana Coelho’s murder. The first half of the book is from Germana’s POV until her murder, which happens about halfway through. Her POV ends when she says she has had a bad feeling since she woke up that morning as she walks into the restaurant that she works at to start her shift. We do not see her murder, as the next chapter picks up a week later, with detective questioning all the primary characters that were introduced in the first half who are now suspects for her murder: Alf (her boyfriend), Teresa (her best friend since childhood), Mrs. Coelho (her mom), Clarissa (her roommate), and Carolina (her roommate’s girlfriend). The book alternate POV’s between Teresa and Clarissa until the end when we find out that Germana is not actually dead and that it was all a plot between her, Clarissa, and Carolina to get rid of Alf, who was only ever perfect when there were people around.
